Digital Marketing Taiwan Campaign Highlights

For the first time, FGT ran a digital marketing campaign on Facebook and YouTube in Taiwan for the four weeks leading into the Lunar New Year celebrations. The campaign targeted young Taiwanese professionals with three short video ads which highlighted the growing conditions and care taken by Tasmanian growers to produce fresh, delicious cherries, which are the perfect gift for friends and family.
These ads also led viewers to a TASMANIAN GROWN CHERRIES Facebook page and website where Tasmanian cherry exporter details and packaging images were posted. To keep followers' interest, FGT made regular posts, including "Why buy Tasmanian cherries?"
Of course, the actual test of success is in knowing if any additional cherry sales were made. In examining the cherry export data up until the 6th of March 2022, Tasmanian cherry exports into Taiwan were up 16 percent compared to last season.
