Merry Christmas from FGT

The team at FGT wishes you all a very Merry Christmas.
A special thank you too all throughout industry who have made my first ‘100 days’ so fruitful (excuse the pun). In my various travels around the state and chats on the phone, I’ve loved hearing about your respective enterprises and your plans for the future. I look forward to being part of your ongoing prosperity as we work together to champion the fantastic array of premium quality fruit that’s on offer in our great state of Tasmania.
A special mention must go to the dedicated team here at FGT who work tirelessly to ensure we deliver benefits for you, our members. I would also like to say a special thank you to the FGT Board of Management, who have not only been extraordinarily welcoming but also unbelievably supportive and hard working.
We’ve been busy planning out numerous events for the coming year with a soon to be announced FGT Conference to be held in Hobart on June 6 and 7 2019 (lock it in your diaries). We’ll also be releasing our 2019 Annual Calendar which will highlight our numerous events and training opportunities that are being tailored for the various regions and sectors. This will include a series of ‘Night Seminars’, Technical Field days, workshops and social activities. And for all you young fruit growers, there’ll be a special announcement coming soon!!!
